How close to your period did you conceive?

Just wondering if anyone out there has conceived close to their next period?

Do you have regular cycles? If so you probably do not have a chance of getting pregnant from  sex 6 days before your period is due

Both times I conceived my babies that stuck I was barely days after my monthly. I didn't ovulate when my app said I would. The time I miscarried I ovulated later in my cycle and that one didn't make it. So I think it depends on how long your luteal phase is. I tend to have a short one , ovarian cysts,  and low progesterone issues. Don't know I'd this helps. I also did ovulation easy@home. That's how I started realizing I wasn't ovulating when the app said I would.

That would mean your luteal phase is short if you conceive close to your period. My luteal phase is 9-10 days. So I guess you could say I conceived close to my period?

Answer

At the bare minimum you need 6 days before your period to have any chance of conceiving and it’s pretty unlikely you’ll get pregnant this way, ideally you need 12 days, otherwise your cycles are abnormal
