Nausea

Hey y’all!

I have 4 more days until my period. My boyfriend and I aren’t trying to get pregnant, but today I randomly threw up bc of a smell, and then I threw up after dinner.

why else would I have thrown up randomly like that? I never actually throw up from a smell. I might gag but I’ve always stopped myself before actually vomiting. I’m a little freaked out right now.
