Brown discharge? Or blood

I’ve just recently had the rod put into my arm (around the 14th of august) and 2 weeks into it I started bleeding but it wasn’t the usual blood it was brown and I haven’t stopped bleeding since then. it is now the 19th of October and I’m starting to get worried. I’ve also had moments where it’s been stringy and almost like a clot I’m worried this might be a sign of pregnancy? Help?😭

When I has my nexplanon in my arm, my period went thru bouts where they would be normal for a while then they would become irregular and back and forth. I went thru a time where I bled constantly. I talked to my doctor and he told me to take 3 ibuprofen 3 times a day for about 4 days and it would stop my bleeding... and it did, so maybe you could try that. It sounds awful bit before I got my bx removed, I started bleeding about a week before my wedding and so I decided to take the ibuprofen and it completely stopped my period that month!
