Plz HELP

Does anybody know if your cervix remains high but open during implantation bleeding because I had light spotting today only when I wiped after using the bathroom but hours later I checked my cervix and it is little soft high and open so I'm think 8f I did conceive then could it be open because of the light bleeding early?? This is the spotting
