2nd period within 3 days????

hey just looking for some opinions/advice. i had my period last week I haven’t had it for about 3 days, last night I had uti symptoms and this morning I woke up with my period. It went away but then randomly came back throughout the day. Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be pregnancy? Or just my cycle. thanks heaps :)
