I don’t know what’s going on..

So I didn’t track when I ovulated but I know I’m supposed to get my period in the next couple of days. Lately My boobs have been sore, I had minor cramps last week and now today I have a sharp pain in my ovary area and in my back. I’m not sure if that’s a good sign or not.
