hey everyone! so my period is supposed to start in 3 days! i’m sexually active but on an IUD, my doctor told me that it can take up to 6 months for my period to regulate. Last month ( which made my 6th month on BC) my period wasn’t as normal as it had been the previous 5 months, I barley bled, it wasn’t as flowy and I guess u could say “wet blood” as I used to have a pretty heavy flow. Last month it was just brown all the time. Well last night I wiped and it was brown, not red, today I wore a pad and again super dark brown, resembled a 💩 color (tmi Lol). Does anyone know what this could be or if the iud is effecting my period? please lmk.
