TMI WARNING

hi guys so I took a plan b before my ovulation and it’s been 11 days since , 2 days ago I was spotting brown but then throughout the day I started bleeding blood *not light pink it was blood red* but it was not heavy either then at night time it stopped but then today I woke up to bleeding again would anyone know if this is just a light early period (period days are 22-27 October ) or implantation I know I should just wait until my period days to take a test but I just seem to over think a lot .
