Midol? It makes me tired

So I have noticed recently in the past couple of months that midol makes me so drowsy and tired. Is it supposed to do that? It makes my cramps go away but Like I’m honestly so drowsy that I feel like I’m high right now lol periods suck man🙄😫

I believe Midol has an anti-histamine in it. Does that make you tired (I.e. in Benadryl or other Otc allergy meds). I personally use Midol Complete which has caffeine in it and that helps me a lot when I have period-related fatigue issues.

I don't feel any drowsiness, it works really well and fast for me, but everybody is different. Maybe you could talk to a pharmacist or doctor? But I don't think is serious. Good luck!
