What should I do? Possible miscarriage?

I am 10 weeks pregnant. On Friday I noticed some pink blood discharge and I called my OB and she said that it could be implantation bleeding or due to sex. I haven’t been cramping at all. Today there were some bigger red clots but still no cramping or pain at all. Could this be a miscarriage? My OB did not sound concerned since I wasn’t having any pain at all but I’m just scared. Our first appointment to see baby and heartbeat is Nov 8th. Any idea on what I should do? Is this normal?

When I was 9 weeks I started like that. Light spotting off and on. No pain. At my 10 week ultrasound there was no heartbeat and baby had quit growing at 8 weeks. I lost that one. On the other hand, I’m pregnant again and I have some light spotting at 10-11 weeks with no pain and after that we saw the heartbeat and baby seems fine. I think each pregnancy is different but if your bleeding gets worse or you have pain definitely call your dr
