So scared

I’m so scared. I’ve been getting BFP since 9DPO. Confirmed with beta hcg test. I was cramping pretty bad yesterday but I heard that was normal. Today is the day my period is due and I woke up to spotting. Anybody else have this and continue with a successful pregnancy? Checking hcg levels tomorrow but right now I’m heartbroken. This mornings test is below, I don’t know if that matters or not
