If you have had a D&C, share with me your experience with your cycles afterwards!! I had regular cycles and then got pregnant in June 2021. We lost our angel and had a D&C in August (just a couple months ago). I know i'm only 2 months post d&c but i'm trying to prepare my body for our rainbow! I get a positive ovulation test regularly just like before I got pregnant the last time, and I didn't bleed much after my d&c but now I will randomly spot red and/or brown throughout my cycle. My issue is that I never really know what's my period! I tried to track BBT but i'm a night shift nurse so it's not accurate (thinking about getting the tempdrop for that). Had anyone had issues with progesterone and had cycles like this? Is this normal for now? Had anyone used the Mira and had success? Any recommendations? I take a prenatal, vitamin c, vitamin d, and vitamin b6. Thanks for any help you have to offer!!
