Obsessive Nesting / OCD

I suffer a little with OCD and compulsions. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant. We bought our home a year ago and it’s nowhere near finished and now I’m obsessed with finishing it in the next month. I’m getting upset over mirrors and frames not being hung yet, paint not being finished etc. my partner keeps telling me all of this is not important before baby arrives which I know but my mind is convincing me I have to have it all done & that the house has to be perfect. It’s really stressing me out

Has anyone else suffered this and how did you manage?
