Irregular period and trying to get pregnant

Question

Pls have not had my period for 3months now and have been trying to get pregnant but nothing yet, my doctor advise I take M2-TONE for three months, have been taking that and I also have been having sex everyday.
These past few weeks have been feeling abdominal pain and backache but  I don't know the course. Pls anybody who as an idea of what is going on with me just pls let me know.

I had a friend who had same issue and doctor gave her birthday control pills to regulate her cycles as she had irregular period.  But I would ask a doctor for help to regulate period. And I would suggest ovulation test to find out when you're ovulating so you can try for pregnancy during the ovulation period.
