How many diapers should we stock up on?

So I will be having Irish twins at home soon and i am trying my best to not go crazy with diapers and/ or running low so soon after baby is home. 
So I am trying to stock up on nb size diapers and some size 1 and possible 2 
My 7 month old baby is wearing a size 3 or 4 at the moment. My question is how many diapers would you think is good to stock up on before due date of 2/26/22?

I wouldn't stock up. Every baby is different. The brand that works for your oldest may leak with your younger one or cause a rash. You may also get nb sizes from the hospital. I wouldn't buy more than one pack. You can always order online and have them delivered quickly.

You shouldn’t stock up because every baby is different. However, I had a diaper raffle at my baby shower and everyone bought me diapers. I used them all and did have to exchange a lot of them as well. Some places like supermarket let you exchange them and others like baby r us let you exchange but they keep a percentage.

Don’t. Can’t predict baby’s skin sensitivity or which fit will be best for their body. Buys box of what you think you’ll like and try to be flexible once baby is here.

Instead of stocking up, we would put some cash aside for diapers so we could get a bunch of the right brand for our baby! Our first baby could only do honest diapers and our second huggies.

I’m going with cloth diapers this time around. I know it’s not as ideal as disposable, but my 2 previous always had sensitivities to the disposable diapers and they grow very fast. I’d save up the money like previously mentioned and buy smaller packs to find  what brand works.

I'm in the same boat, my 7 month old is wearing size 3 or 4 (depending on the brand) at the moment.. I try not to stock up too much, as it's hard to say what size the baby will be when he/she arrives..
I do have some leftover nappies from my daughter, that we have packed up (sizes 1-3).. and there was a baby event in one of the supermarkets here some weeks back, and they had all the nappies half price.. so i stocked up some. I have about 3 packs of size 1 nappies (one pack for my hospital bag, two to have when i come home), which should last about 1.5-2 weeks if based on how it was with my daughter. i have an opened, but almost full pack of size 2, and two half a packs of size 3 nappies - just to carry me over the transition phase to the bigger size.
Just remember that your baba might not like a certain nappies, or might get a reaction from one but not the other. We were lucky with our daughter that se is good with everything.. my husband got major reactions from ALL disposable nappies when he was a baby, so his mom could only use reusable nappies on him..
