Mommas.
I need advice on how to help me with my front butt/ lower abdomen weight. I have what I like to call a flat tire there now. It just hangs over every time I sit or I swear it’s noticeable while wearing jeans as it sticks out more.
I look like I could be pregnant again. Any suggestions on how to help decrease this area? I do workouts but nothing seems to be helping. I am almost 5 months PP.
