Sorry if this is in the wrong group but I gotta ask.

So my son is 8 months old and he is a breastfed baby. Because of breastfeeding my period didn't return till now. Which I think it normal.

But now that I'm on my period I'm losing my milk supply. Is this normal? Has it happens to anyone else? Should I continue to breastfed my son or will I have to stop. Will my supply come back after I'm done my period?
