Growing cyst

Since last Wednesday I've been dealing with a cyst. When they first measured it it was 2cm. Now its 3.6 cm. I'm on oxy and have been given dilodid but nothing works. I've been to the er twice and they send me home because even though it's hemorrhaging it isn't life threatening.

Today and last night the pain has gotten overwhelming and I'm constipated with black tarry stool. My pee smells, I can barely eat and I don't know what to do. No position helps and I'm just lost. I feel like something is wrong but I don't want to bother the er again..
