My almost 15 month old has been STRUGGLING with sleep overnight for about two weeks. I am out of ideas. She’s not sick, hungry, thirsty, hot, cold, no fever… nothing. She has never slept through the night but we usually had one wake up and a bottle and we’d be back to sleep in no time. She is rocked at nap time and bedtime ( don’t come for me) and it’s never hindered her sleep or ability to put herself back to sleep if she startles overnight. I’m a healthcare worker at a hospital which means my husband is alone a lot in the nights and it’s been a rough couple of weeks. Is anyone else struggling? Is this the worst sleep regression ever?!?
