Freddy and I are so happy to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter, Mia L. ! She came naturally without any medication at 7:49am after 5 hours of fast labor. Mia and I are doing wonderfully thanks in huge part to Freddy's unbelievable Bradley coaching skills! Between his combo of essential oils, massages, meditation music, motivation, feeding me water between every single contraction, and answering any and all staff questions so I could stay in the zone - Mia and I were able to sink into the moment, work together, and allow the birth to happen.
