6 months, 30’ naps and awake every 1 hour during the night

I wonder if this is normal of should I investigate the matter. Our baby boy, breastfed by demand, was never a good sleeper but we kept blaming the leaps, the colics, the teeth, lactose and gluten (which I don’t consume anymore).

He s 6 months now and we still don’t manage to settle down for a good night sleep. He starts to cry in his sleep and doesn’t calm down until I offer the breast. This happens every 1-2 hours every night. Also, for each nap he fights while in my arms until he falls asleep. I tried to put him to sleep in my bed and his crib with no success. Only in my arms and only with a lot of fuss (and pacifier).
