Okay, so my period was late by a couple weeks. And I'm sexually active with my boyfriend. I was experiencing extrucating pain in my lower back Wednesday that made me cry. Thursday I thought I had started my period. I didn't take a pregnancy test just because we felt like it was too early to worry over. Thursday I was bleeding a lot heavier then normal. And today after I used the bathroom I noticed on the toilet paper what didn't seem to be a typical blood clot. I don't know if I should be worried about this being a miscarriage or not and don't want to tell my boyfriend just yet. So since Wednesday I've felt extreme fatigue, extrucating lower back pain, dizziness, nausea, really abnormal cramps for myself (stronger then normal), and blood clots. Should I be worried?
