Is this what I think it is??

So I’ve been feeling a little under the weather lately, I was sick all last week and now my boobs are super sore and I’m cramping.. idk if this really real or what?? I plan on taking a digital in the morning but I need to know if this is really real. I know the other line is super faint but it still showed up.
