This is more of a legal can ethical debate but I’m wondering how other people feel about this.

Do you believe physical force (shoving, slapping, punching, kneeing in testicles) should be deemed as self defense if it is in reaction to sexual harassment? Do you believe there should be exclusions? If this happens within the workplace, should it be considered wrongful termination?

I thought about this after hearing of a woman being sexually harassed and having her ass grabbed because she was waitressing and the man was a pos. My reaction would have been to punch him and. Real his nose, but realize it could been deemed as assault and could get her fired.
