16 weeks pregnant edema help

I need help my braxton hicks contractions are less than 8 an hour but today I have major swelling in my left foot and tingly numbness in my hands and feet. This is Baby #4 for me never had these issues but my vision and headaches are worse than before with this one to at my last ob visit I didn't get to ask questions about this and got rushed and pushed by a gal not my usual ob so I have no idea what to do my symptoms kept progressing but I'm sure it's just normal swelling a little early but idk thoughts mamas please♡
