Hi hCG levels in early pregnancy can be a sign of multiples. It also could mean that you are a little further along in your pregnancy than you thought. Really it’s all just speculation though until you’ve had your ultrasound.

Omg I was thinking the same thing! I tested at 3w5d and my lines are WAY darker than they were with my first two. Glad to hear I’m not the only one lol.
