tips on how to wean baby off

my 9 month old is totally dependent on breastfeeding. she’ takes a bottle while i’m away for work but while i’m around she has the nip and i’m not sure how to wean her off. I plan to at 1 year which isn’t so far away I just keep tips on how to go about doing that? she falls to sleep with my nip at night and pulls on my shirt when she wants to nurse. at 1 I don’t want to breastfeed anymore
