Would you feel upset/sad and angry

So we usually visit my parents 2-3 times per week when it’s 2 days we go Wednesday and one weekend day and when it’s 3 we do Tuesday and Thursday and a weekends day.

This week we were going tomorrow Wednesday BUT my husband wants us to go today because he’ll have a friend over tomorrow. And we won’t go again until Saturday or Sunday. It will be 4 days without seeing my family if we go Sunday. Sometimes it’s 1 day that I go without seeing them but usually no more than 3. This doesn’t happen often that I don’t see them for 4 days Mby 3 times a year or if my family is on vacation. Idk but I don’t like not seeing them for more than 3 days. I told my husband to tell his friend to come another day but I guess he didn’t. (Also we currently rent with his family so he sees them daily).

Sometimes I get super sad and sometimes I think I am overreacting and overthinking.

Btw my parents don’t tell me anything there fine with whatever days we go. They don’t see me as visit they see us party of their home.
