Cvs pcr test travel turn around time?

I’m going on a trip and they are requiring us to take 72 hours before so I am testing Thursday.. but the cvs by us doesn’t offer rapid pcr, only pcr… it says the turn around time is 1-2 days but what experiences have you had?

I’ve had 3 PCRs through retail pharmacy and each time it’s been 2 full days until results

Check at the airport if they have travel PCR test. It’s more money but you get the result within an hr. My parents just had it done yesterday- traveling to Canada. In MN, the company is wander covid test.
