Anyone else experience this? When you can sense someone's a hater or you don't trust them or ..?

Idk why but it's happened about 2/3 times for me now at work and other places, I'll see a new individual and right off the rip get a bad vibe from them. No words said just viewing them across the way but for whatever reason my senses are saying don't trust them. It's like you just lock eyes with them and know they don't fw you. I still maintain professionalism and work with them if I need to. But later 9/10 they turn out to be a hater ?

I got this vibe from someone the first time I ever saw her, no words exchanged or anything, just working in the same area. Later on in the story she ended up hating me for no reason, when really she doesn't even know me. Its like you can tell when someone doesn't have good intentions..what I think it is; is I could tell maybe she wasn't being true to herself. And I could sense that, so maybe I was hesitant with our relations. Hope I explained it well.

Please tell me what this is and if others feel it too?
