23 weeks so the blood clots

so i’m 23 weeks and i started bleeding again , last time i bled was at 14 weeks so they had given me the rhogam shot early and everything seemed okay . Yesterday morning i started bleeding bright red and called my doctor they had took me in for an ultrasound and told me that the blood clot from 14 weeks is still there and i happened to have another one twice as large so they want to monitor it . Baby is fine , moving around a lot heart beat at 160 .. but as her mother i feel like complete shit cause i don’t know what to do . Has anyone dealt with this and have a successful delivery in the end ?! Any tips on what i can do to help myself & my daughter ..
