Hello all ! My son is 11 months old. I work from home Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, home on the weekends and when I’m home we have a schedule. He wakes at 7am then goes down for a nap at 9. He then wakes up around 10ish then is ready for his second nap at 1-130 til about 250. Now my MIL keeps him Wednesday’s and fridays while I go in to the office and she only gives him one nap a day so when I get home at 330 it’s either fight with him to take a 30min nap or just let him stay awake.

For example, with her today he went to sleep at 1030 and up at 1245. I got home about 315 and tried to put him down and he screamed and fought so now he’s just going to be awake til bedtime. Is that too long for him to be awake ?!

I hate she doesn’t follow my routines but she’s the only help I have 😭
