Positive?!?

After 9 years of TTC and 1 miscarriage 2 years ago…. Could this be our rainbow baby??? We tried one round of IUI that failed…. We were trying a second round of IUI but the doctor missed my ovulation and the next month I did not have a regular cycle so we missed the IUI again. Then the next month we had a vacation planned so we could not do the IUI, however my doctor gave me Femara to help my ovulate while on Vacation. I took a pregnancy test on Saturday 14 DPO and it was negative. Still did not get my period so I took another test this morning 18 DPO and got these. Our Disney baby!!!!!
