Ugh...weight gain help!
I've gained about 12 lbs at 16+1. I saw my midwife last weeks, she wants to me to aim
to gain almost no weight in my second tri!
Is this even possible?! I guess it really means I have to try to lose fat weigh and gain baby weight only.
The thing is, I eat pretty healthy, I'm not over indulging everyday or anything. I exercise 4-5 times a week (circuit training cardio and weights) and walk my dog for 30-60 min a day.
I ate more bread in my first tri because of nausea, and my body is not used to that, so maybe that cause a lot of weight gain.
I hope I can do what she asks.
Has anyone else been in this situation?
I feel like I have no control over the weight gain :(
