Breastfeeding while pregnant

Hi!

My daughter is 8 months old and she has been breastfead I was hoping for 12 months and beyond. But I just found out we are expecting baby #2 last week and my supply has dropped significantly. It makes me so sad to think I can't give her everything she needs anymore and like I'm failing her. I know fed is best but after 8 months of breastfeeding it's hard to wrap my head around not doing it.

I'm holding out as long as I can but may need to start formula as my freezer stash will be out within the month. Anyone else experience this, I've read it's common?
