Please notice;
-we rent with my husbands family for now
-I cook for both of us NOT his mom
 
My husbands  friend was over and they were taking about how he hasn’t had a dish he likes in a while. So my husband says “when my mom makes some, I’ll invite you” for me that seems like he’s telling she’s the one that cooks when that’s absolutely not right. Instead of Saying when my wife or when they make some. 
Like wtf I cook that dish more than her and I’m the one that cooks for us not her ( only sometimes). Idk just makes me feel bad like he’s not counting me in. 
Another reason why I hate living with his family 💔

Maybe his mom makes that dish better? Or maybe he just has the nostalgic association with his mom and that dish? No harm in asking him about it for clarification…

I feel bad for you that you live your life like this. There’s no way u can experience any joy or happiness when ur this uptight, indecisive, and insecure based on these questions uve been asking the last few days. Who cares if his friend thinks his mom is the one who cooks?? Like seriously, who cares???? Obviously his mom cooks more than ur leading on. Which is fine. You really need to find something that brings joy and happiness to your life. You are looking for the negative in every single situation uve posted about. Like does your husband know this is your way of thinking? You guys need to find your own place ASAP and then reflect on your relationship with yourself and then with him.

You should tell him about your feelings & how you felt that wasn’t a good thing he said. If you’re one that cooks for him, he should appreciate you more. If not he can have his mama cook for him then 🤷🏻‍♀️your his WIFE now …
