I say no because it kinda speaks to his character for him to be making children hither and yon with no commitment to the mothers. Once, fine. But twice? I'd feel like he'd just knock me up again and still not commit. Plus if it didn't work out the first time, why would it now?

There's not much information to go off so I mean not just for the sake of it, if things worked out really well and I was completely in love then maybe?

For me no exs are exs for a reason but I also do believe people can grow and continue to mature and change as they go through life so I guess it depends on why we broke up the first time and if we are at the same stage in life and if we have anything in common plus you also have to ask yourself the question of are you willing to step up and be the step mom to his other child could you treat he or she the same as you treat your own?
