Has anyone ever had a LEAP done?

It's a procedure that a surgeon removes at least half your cervix.  And how easily did you conceive?

I had one and got pregnant in just over 6 months after. Never had any issue with the pregnancy, and did not need any surgery to help keep my cervix in place while carrying an 8# baby boy. The body is miraculously resilient!

I had it done in 2012 got on bc and now 2 years later in off and ttc no luck yet awaiting blood test! so good luck !!

Yes! I have had it done bout two years ago while my IUD was in, and am trying to get pregnant now after taking out my IUD earlier this month, I'm praying I get pregnant sooner, than later! My period is two days late but I'm still testing negative.

I had a leep done and I've been pregnant 3 times since then after a leep the doctors in the usa just watch you more carefully and you get plenty of ultrasounds I've had 5 so far and then start high risk testing just to make sure the baby is doing fine at 33 weeks which is in about 5 weeks doctors visits are about 2 weeks apart and they will give you limitations

Its not actually half of your cervix its the part with the bad cells. I know someone who had it done and has three healthy children! She did have to get her cervix sewn shut around 10 weeks I believe because she had a few miscarriages because of the surgery. Once the Dr knows to keep an eye out they should be proactive!
