Anyone ever have this? Stronger positives only in the afternoon or evening ?

I took a test yesterday and got a faint line around 4 and then tested this morning and there is no faint line anymore :( still no AF this will be 2nd day late. 
Does this mean chemical pregnancy? Should I test again around the same time today?

This happened to me yesterday! I had a faint line in the afternoon (after a negative that same morning) and then I got a negative this morning but I did drink alot during the night so I’m hoping this is why! I’m going to test again this afternoon x
