Diflucan & breastfeeding
Anybody took diflucan/fluconazole for a vaginal yeast infection while breastfeeding?
I looked it up and don’t see anything on it . I think I read it does pass into the breast milk. If I did decide to pump and dump how many times should I do it ? Or how long does it take to leave my system?
