IUGR at 22 weeks?

Question

Hello - at my 19.5 week scan the baby was identified as small at the 10th percentile. We had a follow up at 22.5 and baby is now 9th percentile.  Is anyone going through anything similar? Or has in the past? My perinatologist doesn’t think an amino is worth it - there are no other indicators of chromosome issues other than small size. Baby has always been somewhere around 5 days behind even from the initial scan at 7 weeks. Now it’s 8 days behind.

I’ve had three IUGR babies one born at 35 weeks due to having HELLP syndrome not related to her size she was born at 5.11pounds 
My second one was born at 34weeks due to the IUGR she just stopped growing once we hit 34 weeks. She spent 16 days in the nicu but never needed feed assistance or breathing assistance. 
My 4th had IUGR was born at 39 weeks he weighed 5.11pounds as well and didn’t need any assistance he was in the 3% when he was born.

I had that and ended up delivering at 37 weeks. I had to get scanned every 2 weeks to make sure that she didn't drop of her growth line otherwise if that had happened, it would have been c section emergency.

My babies have always measured small and my doctor told me “you’re small. If you had a baby in the 99 percentile I’d be worried” that made sense to me. I’m only 5’2 and of normal weight (147 at time of conception). Your little one just may be little
