Birth control pill question

So me and my boyfriend had sex last night and he didn't finish inside just on the bed he had pulled out.. but I just started my pill 6 days ago would I be protected enough if just a little sperm got inside or on the outside because some of the sperm got on me a little and I wiped but I'm not sure if any got inside my vagina at all.. I hope I'm protected I mean I been on the pill for 6 days night today the 7th day
