Frustrated

I keep getting negative tests. A.) I want another baby so bad B.) I haven’t had a period since September and it was only 3 days. C.) every pregnancy test I’ve taken is negative. I have never missed a period unless I was pregnant. It’s always the same length and heaviness and has been since high school. I just don’t know what else to do.
