i take the pill. you start at any time you want. for example; i take mine everyday at 3:15pm and i have an alarm on me phone so i don't forget. so take it at a time that is easy for you and set a reminder or alarm! 👌🏼 the pill doesn't kick in to you until 7 days of taking the pill (so the first week) so use a condom still for protection!
