Do women go through a second puberty??

I saw something about this a while ago, saying that women go through a second puberty with hormones and the way your body changes more. Normally in their early to mid twenties. I’ve noticed that my boobs have gotten bigger and just feel bigger so has my boyfriend. 😂 
I’m not pregnant what so ever. But just wanted to hear some opinions on it.

I'm not sure of second puberty is the right term and I've never heard of it.
But I do feel like around my early twenties my body did change. I feel like my hips got a little wider and my boobs got a little fuller and some other changes. 🤷‍♀️

Not necessarily a second puberty. But in my mid twenties where I held on to weight changed. I weighed the same as I did in high school, but some clothes still didn’t fit because I tended to fill out in the hips.

I've personally never heard of it, but I do feel like I went through it lol. When I was like 20 my cycle changed and I went up a cup size

I wish 😂 I was still my same skinny small boobed self throughout my 20s. Even after 2 babies. I'm 31 now and I'm a little bit more curvy because I had my 3rd baby a year ago. We will see if the weight sticks.

I def agree with this & I went through this from around 19-21 I totally got a much more womanly body and I already had hips and boobs from 13 onward. But out of nowhere around 20 my breasts grew at least one full cup size possibly more actually. It was great at the time.
