Tips on getting baby to sleep all night?

My baby is 11 weeks, wakes up at 1am, 4am & 7am. ☹️ lol his last feeding is at like 9:30/10pm. Any tips?

Sorry but 11 weeks old is too young to expect to sleep all night every night. Every 3 hours isn’t too bad. I promise, they eventually get it. When my second turned 11 months old he started sleeping 10-12 hours straight through, I never did any kind of sleep training. Hang in there ❤️

Way way too young for sleep training. And baby will sleep through the night when baby is ready. It’s a developmental thing. Even adults don’t even sleep through the night.

My baby has only just started sleeping through at 10 months. She still wakes once on most nights. It’s totally normal. It’s best to just adjust your mindset to nightmare parenting and except it’s natural for baby to wake. It’s also protective against sids.

At 11 weeks it’s not normal for a baby to sleep through the night yet. You can start getting baby into a bed time routine and set up some solid sleep cues for your baby, like a darkened room, white noise, pacifier, etc.

We took the Taking Cara Babies newborn class mostly to help my baby take better naps, but the things we learned also resulted in gradually lengthened sleep stretches at night. It’s very gentle, there’s no CIO, really just lots of good tips for soothing baby and getting them comfortable sleeping on their own.
