Worse day of my LIFE!!!😭😭😭😥😥😥😢😇

Yesterday I was due for an ultrasound at 12:45 pm, I am in my second month of pregnancy, as I am getting ready for my appointment I immediately felt dizzy, my sweater was soaking wet, i called my nurse but by the time I got it to the ER my blood pressure was 176/97 with chest pain. They did an ultrasound immediately hooke up to all types of wire and told me that i have a CYST on one of my ovaries and something it causes bleeding/ cramping, they did more test and told to go home and rest because my HCG level were UP👍🏽, I did that but that this afternoon I had a sudden feeling to use the restroom and Honestly I am beyond hurt, disbelief, in SOO MUCH pain and heartbroken 💔 this is what came out of me.. my baby, 😭😭😭😢R.I.P😇
