TTC after a Missed Miscarriage

My husband and I started to try to conceive February 2020 then instantly two months later we found out we were pregnant we were so overjoyed we didn’t realize how badly we wanted to get pregnant… My fetus died after 6 weeks of pregnancy but I was still feeling all the symptoms I even started to throw up around week 8 then found out I had a Missed Miscarriage. So we decided to take a little break on TTC because we were so heartbroken. So we lost the baby June 2020 and been now TTC since August 2020 off and on again. I just don’t understand how it was so easy getting pregnant the first time and now over a year ttc and nothing I just don’t know what else to try like the first time I really didn’t try and do anything besides starting to take prenatals a week before I conceived and now nothing is helping
