Prenatal vs Multivitamin for Women
Are you ladies TTC taking prenatal vitamins? I’ve been taking Ritual multivitamins for women but wondering if I should take prenatal vitamin instead. Is it ok to be taking prenatal vitamins for a while? Knowing my luck, I might not get pregnant right away. Been TTC baby #1 for about 5 months now. I’m 34, DH 36. Thanks!!!
