Hey guys, this year has been hard on me. I had an ectopic in march 2021 and thn a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks n aug 2021

I didn’t even miss my period yet cz my regular cycle has been everywhere since the mmc.

Is this for sure a positive?

Can anyone confirm me cz i cannot beleive this or i am scared that this myt b another ectopic bcz my LMP is oct 7th which just puts me in 3 weeks.
